- Focusing on the added after sales benefits of a locally positioned company
- Attention to service backup, which will be achieved by timeous on-site repairs and product backup.
- Maintaining a stockholding in order to eliminate the long lead times of various (Safety Critical), product deliveries.
- Sustaining the Black Empowerment sector of the business based on regular guidance and profitability.
- Ensuring the development of local skills, through on going training in situe, and by example, using existing management expertise.
- Maintaining the best selling prices of the products, through careful negotiation with the suppliers on a consumer watchdog basis.
